Full Resolution We spent the part of the morning at the US Embassy, briefing them on what were were doing and getting various briefings from them about security. Colombia is a much different country than it was 20 years ago, and while it is not crime-free, it is much safer than its reputation. We still wanted to be careful, and spent a lot of time investigating the security of regions we were headed. Rodrigo and Keith talked frequently with SwRI and local groups.
