While working on his Physics PhD, Tim got slightly distracted by the music world, making YouTube hits such as the quantum physics-themed Bohemian Gravity (5 million hits -- yes, based on Bohemian Rhapsody) and Outbound Probe (6 million hits). Naturally he wanted to connect with Brian May, so Leslie Young inited him to come by.
Tim: So when did you finish your PhD?
Brian: WelI, I finished the observations in 1970. But then I didn't turn in the PhD until 2000. Yeah, I had some other things come up, I guess.
Tim: Oh! I turned in my MSc thesis five years ago, and I haven't been back. So I guess there's still hope!
