This is the APROTH (APproach ROTational, High-resolution) dataset, taken at 1.5 km/pixel. MVIC isn't as high-resolution as LORRI, so they've taken the low-resolution MVIC color data and layered it with the high-resolution LORRI CA04 data to make the image here. Ultima Thule is red!
